If something is damaged in shipping and you do not pay for insurance there is little I can do and the post office sure as heck wont do nothing either. I have packed things like a mummy and still had the lame post office break things, so if its something fragile or what not then it would be best to request insurance for your item if you paid a high price for it. I have no control over the postal system but will do the best I can to make sure your items are packed up and get to you safely as possible on my end.
